Job Description
WSi is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes in the Eastern part of Colorado either PRN or Full-Time Direct Hire.
About the Job:
Home Care setting with modified documentation — less charting, more time with patients.
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, we are looking for a PT to hire on PRN or Full-Time and make a commitment of 20-30 hours a week, working directly with patients in their homes, empowering them to regain mobility, independence, and overall wellness. You will assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Current Colorado License as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen
- Must have a valid, non-restricted driver’s license.
