Job Description
Wsi Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN for our amazing, award-winning Home Health client, serving Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, and Wheat Ridge!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized in-home evaluations and assessments.
- Create customized treatment plans and maintain medical records.
- Work closely with physicians, team members, and external services for seamless care coordination.
- Supervise patient care quality and treatment plan implementation.
- Keep accurate patient records to meet professional and regulatory standards.
- Regularly review caseload documentation to monitor patient progress.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current clean Colorado RN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (hospital/emergency room experience preferred)
- Experience with wound care and IV therapy
- Home care experience is a plus
- Proficiency in EMR system: Home Care Home Base
- BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
