Family Practice Medical Assistant
Job Description
You new Medical assisting career is here - Look no further!
You will be able to work one-on-one with some of the best doctors in the area and give the best direct patient care in this Medical Assistant role. You'll have the chance to create enduring bonds with both your patients and coworkers! Furthermore, you will have a range of administrative responsibilities, which may include but are not restricted to the following:
- Pre-authorizations
- Injections
- Blood draws
- Rooming patients
- Checking vitals
- Assisting with in-office procedures
- Scheduling
- and RX refills.
- Other Medical Assisting duties as needed

Job Requirements
- Must have a Medical Assistant diploma OR certification.
- Must have recent experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Must have two (2) great manager or supervisor references.
- Must have EMR experience.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a current American Heart Association approved CPR Healthcare Provider Card.
- Must have proof of current TB placed within the past 12 months.
