Come join this dedicated team of Clinical Professionals partnered with the Colorado Department of Corrections!
This role offers mental health care to a specific group of secure residents with alcohol and drug addiction in a correctional setting who have mental illnesses, intellectual and developmental challenges, and a high risk for suicide and self-injury. Create mental health treatment plans that will be the foundation of your care. Assist with both individual and group treatment, routine mental health evaluations, and interviews. Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have LAC, CAS, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- If a candidate only has a Master's Degree, they must be a Licensed Addiction Counselor.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities the best candidate would possess:
- Desire to work with an under-served, substance abuse, diverse, severe, and persistent mental illness adult population
- Provides clinical direction to non-clinical staff in behavioral health care and treatment of inmates.

Job Requirements
- Must have a current LAC, CAS, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Colorado License
- Must be able to pass a full background check, drug screen, TRAILS, CAPS, and fingerprinting.
- Able to pass a defensive tactics hands on training
- Must have a current driver’s license
- Must have a current BLS AHA card
