Job Description
Ready for an adventure as an RN? Join us for a 12-week contract in stunning Shelby, Montana and dive into the rewarding world of Correctional Nursing! Serve an underserved population, make a real difference, and still have time to enjoy the great outdoors—hike the Roadrunner Trail or relax by the Marias River on your days off thanks to block scheduling.
As an RN, you’ll be hands-on with patient care, completing medline passes, addressing public health needs, and working side-by-side with providers to give patients the best care possible. You’ll bring compassion, professionalism, and the ability to handle challenging situations while keeping your workspace organized and patient information confidential.
*You must be 70 miles or more from your home to facility to qualify*
No correctional experience? No problem! We welcome RNs from all specialties. You’ll enjoy 12-hour day shifts, block scheduling for ultimate work/life balance, mileage included, and a Referral bonus for every nurse you send our way!

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Unencumbered RN Nursing license from MT or Compact state
- BLS must be American Heart Association
- One year of professional nursing experience is preferred.
- Ability to Pass a Background check and drug screen through WSi Healthcare Personnel
- Must be 70 miles or more from your home to facility to qualify
