Contract Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift
Location: Monte Vista, Colorado
Pay: $57/hour
Schedule: Night Shift, 10:00p–6:00a
Assignment: 6–8 week contract with possible extension
Start: ASAP
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
WSi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term night-shift contract at a skilled nursing facility in Monte Vista, Colorado.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who is comfortable working independently overnight and providing hands-on care in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents
- Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Document assessments, medications, treatments, and progress notes in the EHR
- Communicate changes in resident condition to providers and appropriate staff
- Perform charge nurse responsibilities as needed
- Prioritize assignments and delegate appropriately to nursing staff and CNAs
- Support infection prevention and facility safety practices

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification and First Aid training
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Ability to complete required credentialing, CBI background screening, and FBI/CBI fingerprinting
