Clinical Mental Health Director Needed! For a full-time position working in a safe relaxing environment!
Are you a licensed clinical professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for empowering teams to provide excellent behavioral health care? We’re looking for a Clinical Mental Health Director to lead and support our clinical staff, ensure quality care, and oversee the development of effective, evidence-based programming. This individual needs to have their LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and supervise a team of licensed clinicians and interns

Ensure efficient clinical scheduling and staff caseloads
-
Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention

Facilitate clinical team meetings, training, and case reviews
-
Oversee quality assurance through audits, supervision, and outcome tracking
-
Collaborate with the leadership team on program development and continuous improvement
-
Support and guide non-clinical staff on therapeutic approaches
-
Develop and maintain strong community partnerships and referral networks

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff
Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements

Proficient with Google Workspace and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Commitment to cultural competence and diversity

Ability to analyze data and use it to improve services and outcomes

Requirements
Education:
-
Master’s or Doctoral degree in a clinical behavioral health-related field
Licensure/Certification:
-
Current Colorado license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
-
Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) — or actively pursuing
-
EMDR certified or willing to become certified within 1 year
-
Current BLS CPR
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
