DOE - $101k+ per year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy to provide therapeutic support to children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to gather relevant information and develop a holistic understanding of the child's needs.
- Generate detailed written reports and treatment recommendations based on assessment findings.
- Develop treatment plans, create individualized treatment plans to address specific concerns and goals for each child.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal guidelines in maintaining confidentiality and privacy for all clients.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches for working with children.

Job Requirements
- Licensed as an LPC in the state of Colorado.
- Prior experience in child therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
