Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their experience at our pharmacy clinic is smooth and positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate cash registers to process purchases and payments accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and receipts.
- Answer basic customer inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness in the front area.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
