Position Overview
As a Cardiovascular Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in the operating room by:
- Assisting during cardiovascular and open-heart surgical procedures
- Maintaining sterile technique and preparing surgical instruments
- Setting up and breaking down cases
- Supporting surgeons and clinical staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) – Required
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- 1–3 years of OR experience, with cardiovascular/open-heart cases strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
