Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Outpatient Clinic | Cañon City, CO
An established outpatient clinic in Cañon City is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support medication management and MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) services for patients facing mental health and substance use challenges.
Position Overview:

Location: Outpatient clinic in Cañon City, CO

Schedule: 2 days per week (Monday–Friday, flexible days)

Start Date: Immediate start preferred

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient intakes
-
Provide ongoing care and med management

Deliver MAT services to support recovery

Preferred Experience:
-
Previous experience working in community-based care or with populations facing mental health and/or substance use disorders is a plus

Clear protocols and training provided—ideal for NPs passionate about serving their community
