What You’ll Do
-
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health and substance use assessments
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Provide individual, couples, and group therapy (approx. 3–4 groups/week)
-
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical and case management staff
-
Deliver care in both clinic and community-based settings
What We’re Looking For
-
Active or eligible licensure in Colorado (LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LSW)
-
Passion for working with individuals experiencing substance use and mental health challenges
-
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Bonus Experience (Preferred, Not Required)

Work with justice-involved populations
-
Trauma-informed care (EMDR or similar modalities)
-
Experience providing couples therapy
Work Environment

Hybrid of outpatient and community-based care

Job Requirements
- Must hold a current Colorado clinical license of LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LSW
- Experience treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- AHA BLS certification and First Aid Certification.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
