8-Week Contract Opportunity | Las Animas, Colorado

Our team is partnering with a Correctional Facility to identify a dedicated Fully Licensed Mental Health Clinician who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs.

Essential Functions:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations using clinical interviews and available background information
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and level of functioning
- Provide ongoing counseling, therapeutic interventions, and crisis support
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with standards
- Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to support positive behavioral and emotional outcomes
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality

Job Requirements
Education and Other Employment Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field
- Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT,) in Colorado
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a similar setting or role
- Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to thrive in a structured and secure environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred (based on role requirements)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
