Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Make a Meaningful Impact

Our team is partnering with a Correctional Facility to identify a dedicated Fully Licensed Mental Health Clinician who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations using clinical interviews and available background information
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and level of functioning
  • Provide ongoing counseling, therapeutic interventions, and crisis support
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with standards
  • Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to support positive behavioral and emotional outcomes
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality

Job Requirements

Education and Other Employment Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field
  • Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT,) in Colorado
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a similar setting or role
  • Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to thrive in a structured and secure environment
  • Valid driver’s license preferred (based on role requirements)
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
