WSi Healthcare is looking for a warm, reliable, and professional Medical Receptionist to support a fantastic clinic located in Englewood, CO. This temporary coverage is essential to ensure smooth front office operations from June 6th through July 7th. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the office running efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Pay Rate: $19-$23 per hour
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

Manage incoming calls and emails

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

Collect patient information and verify details

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist with general administrative and front office tasks as needed

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent experience six (6) months as a medical receptionist
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available to work full time, in person
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
