Social Worker - Discharge Unit

This is a 3-month contract with high likelihood of extension. You will have the opportunity to gain clinical hours under supervision here, so this is an ideal role for someone looking to build their career.
Social Worker Requirements
The primary focus of this position is discharge management and conducting bio-psycho-social assessments.
-Minimum MSW required
-Be able to pass a thorough background check.
-Must be able to Pass Drug test.
