RN - Home Health Clinical Manager
WSi is seeking an RN who is ready for leadership, has a talent for mentoring others and is goal oriented. This position is responsible for the performance of and/or oversight of patient care activities including scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing and reimbursement processes, and overall compliance.
-Provides clinical oversight to direct care staff.
-Coordinates and evaluates the delivery of services from referral to discharge on a daily basis by ensuring appropriate staffing and scheduling in compliance with physician orders and regulatory requirements.
-Reviews all OASiS assessments for accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Assures that plans of care are congruent with OASIS assessments, physician orders, and are appropriate to meet patient needs.
-Reviews and approves episodic Level of Care projections for all disciplines based on OASIS assessments and the clinical assessment of patient needs.
-Serves as point of contact for all customer service issues.
-Participates in data collection for Quality Improvement activities.
- BSN preferred
- 1 year HH experience
- 1 year Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Oasis, ICD 10
- ability to pass background and drug screen
