Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Department of Corrections - Full Time
WSI Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Nurse Practitioner with the Department of Corrections in Sterling, CO. This is a general population facility.
The process takes about a month to get through, we are looking for someone to start the credentialing no later than May.
Our client is looking for an NP's with a minimum of one year experience and full prescriptive authority. We are looking for someone to start in early May or June. Must have all credentialing completed prior to 5/01
- Monday through Friday day schedule
- Possible 4 - 10's
- Work would be for an all-male general population facility
- Must take defensive tactics course prior to starting
- Must be able to pass Integrity Interview
- Must be able to start soon
- Must have American Heart Association BLS
- Must have updated Flu/TB
- Must have Colorado License
- Must have DEA License
Mileage paid if you live more than 50 miles one way to the facility (checked by Google)
Housing provided if more than 150 miles one way from the facility during the workweek.

- Must pass DOC onboarding and background check.
