Our valuable patients need cheery and nice customer service representatives to assist them with basic questions or get them to the person who can help. We are seeking a valuable medical customer service representative to help support our busy and progressive medical labs. We have opportunities in Colorado Springs and Denver. You must have one year of Medical Customer Service in a call center environment to be considered. The position requires answering inbound phone calls in a cozy call center environment for our patients and vendors. The medical customer service representative will also need to answer questions and route patients to the proper departments. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and offer a sincere desire to help people.
Schedule:
M-F 6:30a - 3:00PM

Job Requirements
- 1-2 Years of Healthcare call center Experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish with Medical Terminology
- Call center experience is a plus but not required
- We perform a background check
- 2 recent references
